Mrs. Squirrel's Play & Learn app was made for children aged 1 to 6 to play safely. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the data of people who use the app.
In short
- We do not ask for a login, an email address or an account.
- We do not show ads and there are no in-app purchases.
- We do not collect personal data or send it off the device.
- We do not use third-party tracking or analytics.
Who is responsible
The app is made and run by Marcos Fernandes in London, United Kingdom, creator of Mrs. Squirrel's Story Time. He is responsible for this policy and for the app.
What stays on the device
The app may keep a profile with the child's name or nickname and age, to pick the right games. It stays on the device only, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
Camera, microphone and location
The app does not use the device's camera, microphone or location.
Children
The app was made to follow Apple's and Google's rules for children's apps, COPPA (United States), the GDPR and UK GDPR (Europe and the UK) and the LGPD (Brazil). As we collect no personal data, there is no children's data to keep, sell or share.
Links outside the app
Some buttons, such as our YouTube channel or our website, and the parents' area sit behind a parent gate (a small sum only a grown-up can answer), so a child cannot leave the app on their own.
